Where can I find VIN information?

This will provide information on how to look up VIN information and where certain information can be found.

  1. Customer requests information on their VIN by email
  2. Take the customer's VIN down. 
  3. Enter the VIN into the VININFO screen 
  4. In the details tab, the axle ratio can be seen 
  5. On the upper portion of the screen, the warranty expiration can be seen. 
  6. The registration tab will show the information for the dealer who registered 
  7. On the RMA tab, all warranty claims can be seen for this VIN.
