Snippets

This will show you what snippets are for and how to find the full list of available snippets.

When in a HubSpot ticket sending an email, we have snippets saved for responses that are frequently used.


Example: #ord   You get a list of snippets to choose from


If you were to select Part order confirmation, the following snippet would go into your email.



To view a list of snippets, we go to Conversations at the top of the screen, and select snippets

You then select which team snippets you would like to view or change
