How to add or remove parts from inventory.

This will tell you which screens can be used to update our parts inventory.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SHOULD ONLY BE DONE IN VERY SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES.


Adding parts to inventory.

If you need to add to the inventory you will need to use the NREC screen. 

You will need to enter the part number, the contract number, and the division. 

Select the P/A location and the quantity you are adding to the system. 

Add the part to its location in P/A. Be sure to make notes on the inventory addition. 

Click the NREC button to finalize the update. 


Removing parts from inventory.

To remove parts from inventory you will need to use the NISS screen. 

You will need to enter the part number, the contract number, and the division. 

Select the P/A location and the quantity you are removing from the system. 

Locate the part are remove it from the inventory. Be sure to make notes on the inventory addition. 

Click NISS to remove parts from the system.
