We require a signed order acknowledgment for all vehicle sales.
After a customer enters an order, an email confirmation is sent to them. Once they sign and date the order acknowledgment
First, you will need to download the signed acknowledgment. Open the CUSORD screen and bring up the attachments screen. Click on the "attach new" button and select the downloaded document.
Second, you will need to open the OETRANSMIT screen. Enter the order number into the appropriate box. Then click the "Acknow/PO Rec'd" button and then save.
