How to find a part in P&A

You will need to get the part number. Bring the part number up on the PRICEAVAIL screen.

On the right-hand side, you will see the locations and the number we have on hand. 

Find the location listed as PA. Check for inventory in the Onhand field. If you see a number then you can find the part in the warehouse. Check the Bay field and note the alphanumeric code (RP028). Take that code along with the part number and find the location in the warehouse. 

If there is not a PA location listed you will need to check the PARTINFO screen. 

In the PARTINFO screen, you will need to check the "Mrp Order Code" field. If this field says blowthrough then the part should be in stock.
