How to find a customer's information

This article will show you how to find a customer's contact information.

First, you will need to get some information from the customer. This can be a customer number, a phone number, an email address, or their name. 

Once you have this information you can use this in the CUSTHEADCVG screen or in HubSpot's contacts tab to find the rest of that contact information. 

If any of the customer's information is in our system or in HubSpot they will come up and you will be able to see the rest of their information. 

If the customer has not been entered into our system you will need to get their information and add them to the appropriate dealer location.
