How to enter a change request for the parts website.

This will show you one function of the ECR screen.

  1. When an error is found on the parts website make a note of the issue(s). 
  2. Bring up the ECRENTRY screen 
  3. Enter your employee ID
  4. Enter the information for what change needs to be made. 
  5. Select the evaluator. 
  6. Enter the evaluation date as two weeks from the date entered. 
  7. Note the ECR number
  8. From here the ECR is sent to the evaluator for approval and completion.
