- The customer requests a quote by email parts numbers are provided by the customer
- The customer number is found in Custheadcvg
- The part numbers and the customer numbers are used in PRICEAVAIL to check availability and get the list price/dealer price.
- Then availability and price are then sent back to the customer by email.
