How to check the status of the warranty claim.

This will show you how to use the VININFO screen to check warranty claims by VIN.

First, you will need to bring up the VIN for the vehicle in VININFO. 

Click the RMA tab on the far right side of the screen. 

You will be able to see any warranty claims done for this VIN. After you have the warranty claim number you can look up the warranty in the QWMENU to get more details if you need them.
