Finding a customer's tracking number

This is a step-by-step guide on how to provide a customer's tracking number.

When the customer reaches out to us get the order number from them. 

Enter that order number in the CUSORD screen. 

Check the PRO# field at the bottom right of the CUSORD screen. 

If the PRO# does not come up on UPS or FedEx tracking check to see if this was a freight shipment. 

If this was a freight shipment you can provide the customer with the PRO# and the phone number to contact the freight company responsible for the shipment.
