Canceling an order with a seat/cushion.

This will demonstrate how to cancel an order with a seat or cushion.

For an order containing any type of seat or cushion, you will need to have SVD set the order down to status 3 before you can cancel it.

Usually, you will need to email Daphne Wohlrab to bring the order down. 

Once the order is brought down you will be able to cancel the order. 

Enter the order number into the ORDER screen. 

Click the "delete order flag" box. 

Click the red X near the top of the screen. 

Enter a note for the cancellation and who requested it. 

The order will now be canceled.
