Canceling a vehicle order.

This will show you how to cancel an order for a vehicle.

Open the CUSORD screen to check the order status. 

Email SVD to have the order brought down to status 3. SVD will notify you when the order has been brought down. (Keep in mind that they will bring the order back up to status 5 at the end of the day.)

Once the order has been brought down. You will need to bring the order up in the ORDER screen.

Enter the order number and hit F8 to search. 

Click the "delete order flag" box and then the red "X" at the top of the screen. 

A box will pop up to enter notes. Make sure to enter notes on who requested the cancellation and why. Hit the Continue button. 

The order is now cancelled.
