Bringing an order down to be edited

This will only work on parts orders. If the order is for a vehicle or is an order that contains seats you will need to reach out to someone at SVD to bring the order down. Check with your team lead to find the correct contact. 

You will need the order number that is to be changed.  

Bring the order number up in the ORDEREL screen. 

Click the Status box, and change it to 3. Click the in all? box and enter  "Y" then save. 

The order may now be changed in the ORDER screen.
