Adjusting labor rate

This will show you how to change the labor rate for one of our servicing dealers.

When a service dealer changes their labor rate we have to adjust ours to match. 

We must receive a notice from the dealer regarding the labor rate change. 

To make the change you need to bring up the CUSTOMERCPC screen. Enter the customer number. 

In the "labor rate" field change the labor rate to match what the dealers have indicated on their notice. 

Make a note of the labor rate change along with the date and time.
